Namibia

Namibia is the oldest desert on Earth, and it feels it, red dunes rising like architecture at Sossusvlei, ancient camelthorn silhouettes at Deadvlei, and a horizon so wide it resets the nervous system.

This is a land of contrast: apricot dunes and cold Atlantic fog, star-strewn nights and pale morning light, oryx and springbok moving quietly through ochre plains.
