Land in Lisbon and transfer inland to the rolling hills of Sertã. Check into your countryside hotel, wander the gardens, and settle in with a gentle welcome practice and group dinner as the light softens over the valley.

Day 2Yoga & Local Discovery, Figueira Village
An energizing morning class, then a buffet breakfast of healthy options. Afternoon guided hike through the serene landscape of the schist village of Figueira, followed by a workshop preparing Tigelada, a local dessert. Free time, then a sunset practice.

Waters of Serenity, Bouça Reservoir
Morning yoga in the hotel garden and breakfast, then an energizing canoe experience on the Bouça Reservoir with a picnic lunch on the shore. Return for free time and a restorative afternoon practice.

Day 4From River to Sea, Tomar & Ericeira
Early vitality practice and a final Sertã breakfast, then depart for the coast with a guided stop at Tomar and the UNESCO Convent of Christ. Arrive in Ericeira and check into cliffside Vila Galé. Free time, sunset yoga and group dinner.

Ocean Breeze & Deep Relaxation, Free Day
Energizing morning practice and breakfast, then a day to shape as you please in Ericeira, beach lovers and surfers' mecca. Toes in the sand, cobblestone streets and a slow café lunch. Meet the group late afternoon for an evening practice.

Day 6Explore Lisbon, The Capital City
After breakfast, depart with a guide for Lisbon. Discover the city's scenic viewpoints and landmarks, then a sunset boat cruise along the Tagus River with a light dinner on board as the golden hues reflect on the water. Return for an evening stretch.

Sintra, Palaces & Fairytales
Morning practice and breakfast, then to the magical UNESCO town of Sintra. Visit Monserrate's exotic park and palace, sample Travesseiros de Sintra, and continue to the National Palace and Gardens of Queluz, the Portuguese Versailles. Farewell dinner at the hotel.

Day 8Departure, Farewell & Gratitude
